Out at the Lake this weekend. In 24 hours, a 3 foot + heave formed essentially all along the east shore. Don't know about the PP access, but there is a truck trail at the very north end past Ben Auger Park going down to the lake that had not heaved yet.

Last light, 4 hits in a row on heavy fish, finally broke off one that stuck good. Then dead, Did not get out to VW point to try it out though so it may be good there.

Sleds, quads, or whatever can jump 4 foot heaves.. WATER EVERYWHERE so don't go crashing at the heaves. Saw some 2 inch wide open water cracks near the heaves that won't be re frozen.

Thanks for that. Going up this weekend to check the cabin and maybe go for a sled ride east to the river. How much snow still there? Probably a lot melting this week.

Not to much snow left, its melting fast. Mostly just drifts left around

Does anyone have info on the heave at the PP?
