euro jackfish head mount

hey guys a buddy of mine has the head off a 20lb jack and he had a great idea of getting it done in a euro head mount do you guys know who would be able to do this or the best way for a guy to go about it him self ? I think it would look awesome all teeth and bone would be cool

I was going to try to euro a large pike or wallie myself. Think it would be quite interesting, though I'm not sure if a fish skull is all bone as opposed to cartilage that might deteriorate during the process. Let us know how it turns out.
