Some Open Water at Calling Lake!

About 200 yards open from shore which is amazing for April.

Very nice day even if you can't fish til June.

Now if a wind picks up it will be a disaster.

I was up on at my cabin on Saturday and watched the wind push the ice 20 feet up the shore and take out all the smaller trees. I have nothing to worry about so it was very cool to watch mother nature.
