Sure, why not? You only need to use your WIN card to buy licenses and for draws, so as long as you have a valid license, you're good to go.

Yes as long as you have a valid licence (or are under 16 or over 65 and a resident of Alberta).

expires in july so it looks like i can stretch it out until i go to buy hunting tags.
