Rocky mountain house

For mothers day I want to take my wife to a nice picnic area near Rocky mountain house. She likes to fish as well. Where would you go?

Mitchell Lake is easily fished from shore, they just stocked it and there are picnic tables there. Twin Lakes also just west of Rocky, best fished from a boat if it's the weekend unless you want to be shoulder to shoulder with everyone. Fish Lake by Nordegg is also nice, can picnic there or go to Crecent Falls for the picnic. There are lots of places , just be aware there will be crowds no matter where you go in this country.
