There is no perch in cvr go to pine lake, or have you been there an done that.

Yes there are Perch in CV.
I have not caught them but last year we saw them on the camera many times when we were there. We were surprised too. Only thing was we were prepared for big fish and didn't bring smaller hooks or baits. I am sure once you find where the usually hang out you will catch them. Some looked good size as well. We saw them regularly off islands on the west shorline. If we go for Perch we usually go north to Burntstick or Cow Lake. Usually get buckets full at either.

Biggest i've seen are around 13'', and really skinny compared to most other perch i've seen. Average is about 4'', i didn't see any over 10'' last trip out.

We have been there a few times and most are the smaller variety but you can latch into some bigger ones. We have had more consistent bigger ones at Burntstick, but not many in the monster category.

I too see perch non stop on my camera at Crawling Valley, They seem to be really Sketchy though. I can get them to come in but they wont take anything i offer .

I have caught them trolling with Bottom Bounc and pieces of crawler

Now that I think about it they are very scattered . I think the biggest

mistake made ice fishin for perch is we dont fish deep enough .

When you see them on the Camera how deep are they ....

I know at a lake like SylVan they are 35 ft plus ....

How deep are they IN GULL ?

Duster have you tried maggots or small pieces of crawlers

on a Hali Jig or Best Ditzy ...even those little Kling jigs

If they will chase down a bot-bouncer they can be jigged for .
