Weekend getaway

So the wife and I get a rare chance to have the whole weekend to ourselves and are thinking of leaving town. I been looking at one night stays with horse riding at some ranches.

Was wondering if anyone has some recommendations of places to check out or past experiences?

What do you guys do to get away for the weekend.
