Heading to cold lake this weekend and wondering if walleye are biting in the bay, or are they in the main part of lake yet.

Heading to cold lake this weekend and wondering if walleye are biting in the bay, or are they in the main part of lake yet.

I have not been there yet this year but I would think they should be on the backside of the point in about 12ft of water.

Yes they are still there, we hammered them in 3 to 6 feet of water, caught twenty ish in a few hours, used silver spoons cast far and slow retrieval was the success for us because the water is dark brown put your hand in it and a foot deep you can not see it.
