Was on gull today and the wind kicked our butts, the lake was a wind tunnel lol. Forcast for tomorrow is 25k winds with some higher gusts, anyone still getting out on the water? I'm thinking sylvan or pigeon.

I was on a lake east of Calgary yesterday and got my a** kicked by some huge waves too, raining and overcast but the fishing was good!

I love the wind. Some of my biggest eye's were caught in the chop.

101, you are the first fisherman that I have ever heard say that they like it windy.

We had a great day on Ste Anne today, I land 23 eyes and Willowtrail was at 34 when I left.

I greatly dislike wind, but nothing beats the old walleye chop when out on the water. Sounds like what the op was fighting was more than that tho.
