Anyone know if they are done construction on the peninsula?

It is gated off and labeled day use only. What a waste of campground in my opinion.

On another note what is the launch in the creek like this year

Went out to Calhoun on the 20th, chains across both launches. Although saw a couple of old timers unscrew the eye hook and launch. Appeared to be plenty of water to launch a 16ft lund with a 90 on it. Just a few issues as he left the creek, but nothing some paddleing cant get through.

Ya, I don't think the launch was ever the problem it was getting out to the lake that sucked ! Very shallow at the mouth of the creek !
