If fur holds to last years averages I should have $3000 in marten, fisher, lynx, weasel, coyote. However if the prices go into the tank I may not want to sell this year. I have heard alot of talk about people not selling this year. How do you store these furs for over a year? I could find a freezer but do they need to be wraped special etc?
I have kept some over the summer by just freezing in bags. If I were you I'd contact NAFA or NFA and ask them. You can send your furs to NAFA and have them store them until next year also.

Bullgetter I'd just recommend squeezing the air out of any bag and sealing it tight in the freezer. I'm not shipping this season.
One is finish the fur so it is completely market ready and then stack the furs flat in a freezer untill next fall or skin the animal out and wash it in water and roll nose to tail still wet and freeze in a bag.
