Red Deer River around Tolman

Just wondering if anyone can provide some info on the water level and water quality of the RDR around the Tolman Bridge? Heard its still pretty low, is it fishable?

I went there for a day...if you like Goldeye it's a paradise! They're actually one of my favorite river fish...and I bet a fly fisherman could clean up...there were tons rising. Only problem is I wanted a Sauger and didn't see any :thinking-006:
