Anyone fish there last summer? Reports techniques? Expectation for this summer? Is it worth the trip?

Worth the trip if you flyfish, Gearfishing is pretty brutal there

Yes , it's worth it ! There is almost always something biting there ! Going in 4 weeks , last year we caught a limit of salmon everyday and some other fish as well ! It's almost never rough water , and of your fly fishing the rivers there can be lots of fun ! It's not the same as fishing the west coast on the outside , but is a very enjoyable experience , you can be a novice and not be scared to fish and catch fish , and like I said the swells aren't there ! Can be busier , but you'll know where everyone is fishing ! Enjoy and have fun !

What do u want to catch
Salmon. Springs , pinks . Coho
Or trout
The ocean is producing better that way then here
As we have some orcas moved in and fish r gone
It will only get better as more fish show up
Looks like it will be record numbers this year again
