Pine coulee camping availability

Hi all,

fished there many of times, looking for somewhere close to camp for the weekend.

does that campground fill up pretty fast? or if i head out thursday night ill get a site?

Pine coulee campground definitely fills up fast, I have gone there on a Thursday to find out im S.O.L This however turned out to be a blessing as I discovered a hidden gem just down the road.http://www.mdwillowcreek.com/html/WillowCreek.html

It has a bunch more trees and is nestled in a nice little valley, it just reopened this year due to damage from the flood a few years back. only a 5 minute drive to pine to launch the boat and do some fishing. when pine was full there were still 15-20 open sites at Wilow...worth a try...good luck!
