North east of Lac La Biche

Any reports from the Lac La Biche region. I'd like get into Jackson. Summer fishing was awesome, just wondering if a winter trip would be worth it?

I've never heard of jackson lake. I'm heading up there for work next week and I'm hoping to stop at heart and touchwood on the way. I'll let you know how they are. Oh and I just happen to be staying at winefred lake lodge so I guess i'll be forced to try some night fishing there after work.

Keep your eyes peeled if you go out to Heart Lake for, I will call them unfriendlies, sometimes the band won't let you on the lake from the reserve side. There are ways to get to it from the South side though. (used to work for Rio Alto around there, talking from experience)
