Where is a good place to take the wife in kids this weekend for fishing?

Was thinking Crawling Valley or Chain lakes, they can fish them this weekend with out a license?

Thoughts about them two?

Where are you located? Are you fishing from shore?

Yes Shore, Live in Auburn bay, i know how far they both are just wondering what would be the better place to take the kids and the wife

I'd look into Pine Coulee. Much shorter drive than Crawling Valley and better numbers.

looks like they have a dock there which i want to stay away from, good chance it would be packed on the dock, which would be a another good place to fish from? Never went fishing there befor.

if you are not looking to keep fish, mcgregor can be a pretty easy place to fish. go to the shore with pickeral rigs and minnows and you can guarantee yourself some walleyes and pikes. but its looking a bit warm this weekend and mcgregor shore has no cover, so bare that in mind

Go to PCR. I am there now and the kids can't keep the eyes off there hooks. I tryed fishi g but it's a full time job keeping bait on there hooks!

Fish right by the bridge. Cast slip bobbers with minnows. Non-stop.
