Please keep using this:

Especially when it comes to this:

I have nothing but hatred when I see this. I hope maximum fines are applied and a permanent revocation of their license.

Have used it once and was able to actually able to prevent poaching from happening, so the system works well. Sickens me to see that post, as you said Smitty, I hope maximum fines are applied as well as permanent revocations,

Really good to see these idiots get caught. Hopefully the book is thrown at them. Although the RAP is a great idea it would help if the officers made time to use it aswell. I have called many times this year some very significant crimes without even getting a phone call back. When I did get a call back it was from a guy 5 hours away. I sure hope it starts to be more efficient.

Throw the max at them. Sure hope when the judge hands down the sentence that it is published in all the news so that others will think twice before they commit the crime and maybe stop a few before it occures.

That one bull trout in the back is huge. Hopefully these guys get it bad.

I hope they are destroyed with brutal fines and unable to ever fish a body of water in Alberta again......ever! No excuse for such ignorance

That is a disgrace. So are the other 3 or 4 posts on this site regarding other Poachers being caught in the act. It seems like it is getting to be a bigger problem each year. I would hope it only seems like that when in fact maybe more is being done by the public and the authorities to report and convict offenders. I truly hope the latter. They ruin it all for everyone else and should be held accountable to the fullest extent by law.

Cutthroat are a threatened species. Wonder if penalties are stiffer under SARA and that could give a judge more sentencing power? Noticed f&w posted on FB the max penalty for this case could be $100k.

What disrespect. I don't think i've seen or been aware of a more shameful act to fisheries. Thank you for the reminder, we can get caught up in our own ventures and forget we are all responsible for the conservation of our resources.

I searched the rap website. No info. Emailed them, will update.
Also, I do have one of their 'my meats legal' tshirts. Good for poachers and public information when dining at the original joes deck.

Wow, that is just nasty...
So many good fish wasted. I'll watch for updates as I am sure others on here will. Thanks for the post Smitty.

I was watching the news this morning and a report a poacher commercial came on. The story was from last year, I guess they still do not have any leads. Unfortunate. Bull elk killed with a crossbow in Jasper National Park. They said it was shot and left to die, took a day to die according to officials. Poaching is an awful awful thing.
