Hi guys seen an advisory for blue algae for stoney, anybody been there and have 1st hand experience on how bad it is?

I haven't seen it personally but seen pictures in our local St. Paul newspaper, looked pretty gross.

Thanks guys appreciate it, we are still planning on heading there next week for the long weekend hopefully all the rain cleared it up enough for the fish to start biting anyways! I could care less about swimming as long as the fish are biting!

I went out there for the last time this year at the beginning of June. The lake was gross. It took me an hour to clean all the goop off my boat and trailer. Haven't been back since. No idea what the fishing is like now.
