Bough a new Explorer. Took it out for the second time yesterday, and it ran out of juice in less than 2 hours. Had charged it for 10 hours. Anyone else experience this?

Had the same problem. Went out with factory supplied battery 2-3 hrs max.
Went and got a good battery for back-up and it lasted 8-hrs never had to use the original battery

don't let your battery run right down and charge for no longer than seven hours i was told always have a backup for 152% more fun lol

It's best you let your battery run totaly down before you recharge it. Otherwise they develop a 'memory' and the life of your battery will get reduced over time.

My father owns a battery shop, PM me if you need a new one in the Red Deer area.

Last year I got tired of changing batteries on my Aqua Vu. I went ahead and made a 50' 12 volt cable that plugs into the cigarette lighter of my truck. Now I can go all day and not worry about changing batteries. If I am ever somewhere that my vehicle is not near I still can put the batteries in it.

Looks like I will be investing in another battery. Too bad have to upgrade a brand new, $400 unit.

Thanks for the feedback. That's what makes this forum so valuble.
