Headed to slave this weekend
Anyone been out and any tips on rigging or hotspots?
Probably just hit Devonshire, Red roof and maybe the island.

Just west of the North Shore rec area was always good for us when I was a kid. only place I've ever seen schools of walleye numbering in the hundreds from the surface. that was over 20 years ago now though.

I was up there last week. There is a shelf that runs from the island west towards Widewater. Goes from 8 - 20 feet. We had nonstop action along there. If the wind is right you can drift along the shelf dragging bottom bouncers and spinner rigs with worms or leeches. If it is too windy just find a protrusion that sticks out and anchor and cast jigs and minnows
