Travers at Little Bow Campground

The family is headed to the Little Bow Campground this weekend and I'd like to take my kids (4 and 6) out in the canoe to do some fishing. Is there anywhere within a couple miles of the campground that is decent for fishing. I've never been there. Perch would be great if there are numbers. With my little ones the number caught is more important than the size. Although they have hooked and landed 3 pound walleye and 2 pound smallmouth on a recent trip to Ontario.

Fishing has been crap there lately. Usually only get a couple in an hour then we pack her in

If you are staying at the Park lots of Walleye and the odd Pike can be caugth right of the dock at the boat launch.
