Anyone happen to know where I can get find a PAL course in Calgary and roughly the cost of the course.

A good bet is through the Alberta Hunter Training Instructors Association:

They offer the course "for free," but kind of expect a donation as they are a volunteer organization. $50 or $60 would be appropriate. Their location is just off of Elbow Drive SW.
