Old tent is crapping out and want to upgrade this winter. Looking for a 2 man pull over type with a sled and seats built in as I'm tired of lugging that stuff around. Prefer insulated, however, I really don't want to spend over $500 on one, but will if I have to. From what I can see, most are over $600. Any suggestions?.

I really like my Pro series Otter shelter. It tows very well behind a snowmobile and is easy to set up. It has been very durable so far. It will exceed your budget though.

X2 on the Otter. I have the xt1200 lodge, amazing shanty. Customer service with otter is great as well, clam was no good with me.

Checkout this slick set up, comes in a 2 man! Not insulated but plenty of room for a small heater.

Thats interesting and actually has me quite intrigued. One thing I do want to get away from if possible is the pop up hubs though. I've already busted 3 in the last 3 years on my current pop up style and have had to get my buddy to fabricate me new hubs out of steel.

Otter is the best you can buy. And you will have to more than double your budget to get one.

For slightly more than your budget look at the offerings from frabill and clam.

I have a nice 2 man Frabil and an otter sled that runs tandem behind it. Both with covers could sell for less than $500.00. Only issue is I am in Edmonton and it is not insulated.
