Haven't been out to gull for 3 weeks now and wondering if its worth one more shot before hunting kicks in, any recent reports?

I was out there yesterday, it was crazy windy but I did save gas trolling with the motor off even though it was a bit fast lol. It's turning over and pretty cloudy and tough fishing. The walleye are in transition towards their winter holes and in deep water away from dieing vegetation (produces a gas that botheres them) don't expect to find them where u did 3 weeks ago ! My best advise is to drift the deep water with a sloooow presentation, it's a fight to get a few but still better then work. We managed 4 in 7 hrs

Thanks flux,I kinda figured it would be slow with this cool unstable weather.Guess we could throw in shotguns and chase some grouse instead tomorrow, they taste great on the smoker.

Stick to the ledges, super light bites..
