Liberals' handgun initiative will only alienate western vote

At the leaders debate on TV, Paul Martin said if elected he will ban all handguns in Canada. He said that criminals are targeting legal handgun owners buy breaking into their homes and stealing guns. Martin is blaming law abidiing gun owners for gun crime in Canada.

I only saw part of the debate, Martin looked and sounded like he was on the run. How can the liebrals be accountable for their promises when their past actions have been nothing but lies, decent, scandals thievery. Its just amazing how they can lie cheat and steal and get away with it. You or I would be in jail. The Conservatives are ahead in the polls and building momentum. I do believe Harper will win but only by a minoriety government. Then he'll have to prove himself if he's ever to be re-elected to a majoriety.

Layton's a back stabber and will use every angle to his advantage. He's proved that by helping the crooks stay in office longer than they should have.

Brady, you hit the nail on the head. Its the law abiding citizens that pay the price here. Gun registry or banning hand guns does nothing to fight gun crime. It only targets fine upstanding Canadians.

Great for you to post this article, reminds alot of us that the liberals ride their horses backwards and **** against the wind.
I for one will be very happy if the conservatives ousts those s.o.b.'s.
I'll probably be in the Edmonchuk area, not Aidrie, when (touch wood) the liberals fall. I'll have a beer anyhow.
