Sylvan Today and Yester-Year

The town Golf course closed yesterday, broke 80 and got in over 100 rounds for the season. It was a BTY day this afternoon, 16C with little to no wind, decided to get out on the float tube and see if any Whites were active. Unfortunately, need to sharpen my hooks, the bite was slow and light, there wasn't a boat out, just me, enjoyed a few hours of peace and quite.

I had 2 hits but no hook-ups, was using a brass W/W (Pic) on top and a small twister tail jig (# 4 Pic) about 2 ft below, both look like small minnows. I've caught lots of Whites and Walleye on both, unfortunately not this time out. I was out just off the main pier across from the old A&W. I've also caught whites in Palm Bay and of course RR23 on the south end of the lake.
