Refund

I got a gov of Canada cheque in the mail the other day for $20. On the stub it stated:

CFC REFUND
Refund is for a firearms licence or registration overpayment. This refund applies to the period up to March 31, 2003 and does not affect the current status of your licence or registration.

....What the?!?! I havent sent them a cent in years and don't have any "pending transactions" with them.
Anyone else get a refund?

I got one too... mine was for $30.00.
Said the same thing as yours though.
