Anyone have any luck with whites in the winter at AB beach? I have tried about 10 times and landed a couple bouncing the bottom with a Kastmaster and some other silver spoons. I have seen some huge ones come by. Over 5lbs.

Saw a few with wireworms while sight fishing, just swam by. I would like to target this lake more this winter for whites.

There is usually quite a few people at the boat launch, but I have never seen more than a few caught by the guys out there.

Pm me if you have any ideas or want a fishing partner to go and get some .

Thanks

I tried last year for whites with no luck. I did catch lots of Walleye and Pike. But Whites have always eluded me on St Anne.

Degasvegas. Easiest place to find whites is right in front of the main pier in 5-8' of water. Lots of other places too but that's an easy one.

Degasvegas is sitting in the Edson Wendy's on his lunch break reading the forums haha.

I might stop by there on the way home tonight and see how thick the ice is. I've always fished on the North side at Yellowstone. Maybe I'll try the pier this year.

I think I'm going to give that lake a try this year. How's the perch bite?
