Any updates on Baptiste Lake

hoping to get a little update on Baptiste Lake, i used to fish the lake about 10-15 years ago and it was a good productive fishery, but haven't been in a long time.I am now looking at buying a cabin there but can't very well do that without finding out what the lake is like now. any info you guys might have would help. thanks

the fishing isnt amazing there...its noticably slower than it was 10 years ago

but more importantly is the traffic in that lake now....its almost unbearable at times (long weekends)....the more developed the shoreline gets up there...the more it turns into a party locale...great for water sports...annoying for fishermen

Not the same lake as 10-15 years ago. Tons of activity, lots of people and the fishery has gone downhill.:cry:

The big pike are far and few between. Spent one weekend last year in Feb. and caught very little.
