fished for lakers for hours and hours on peerless lake - north east of lesser slave lake about 2.5 hours. caught this 11 lbs maryah just before dark. -- fat bugger did not want to come up the hole.

Probably saw your touque and thought, " it gets worse, hes a rider fan" :D

The secret to cathing big burbot is the rider toque, rider underwear and rider socks. When that much awesomeness is on the ice you don't even have to drill a hole, they break through the ice sacrificeing themselves to a superior species - THE RIDER FAN

Caught one about that size on sunday at wizard. His head was almost the size of my 8" hole!!! To bad I don't know anyone who'll clean it for me, so back it went.

YouTube or Google "clean burbot". There's tons of information to be had out there. I've never tried burb, but I've fished with people who won't let a burbot back down the hole...gotta clean it and eat it right away!

You all heard about the Roughriders GM charged with having sex with a 16 year old girl. Sask. is the Mississippi of Canada. Imagine all the court cases in Sask. if farm animals suddenly gained the ability to speak english! PITA would move their headquarters there.
