Set up 3 times east of entrance last hole had at least 12 inches out about 100yds.

Went 100 yds. to the west of entrance ice is 10 inches about 75 yds. Out.

Quite a few trucks on ice, I'd say be cautious. I'm driving a medium size truck, and haven't seen any fish YET!

I was out by ebeling on Thursday. There were a few trucks out on the lake.

I walked on and found 6" of ice about 100 yards out.:scared0015: plenty of flood ice there too. I punched holes about 50 yards and 100 yards further out and the ice was 12".

I'm not going to be driving on for a while yet

I was out today - 11"-12" of ice. And, to my surprise, a few vehicles driving around.

I will be waiting a while yet. I look for 16"-18" of solid ice before I feel comfortable.

Yep, that is where my comfort is as well. Usually by mid to end of January.

I was out off of brownlows yesterday, 8"-10". 2 guys drive across the lake, a 1 ton van and a half ton with a camper topper. I was in my Eskimo tent and I was scared! The ice made son much noise I thought those guys were goners. I had my quad and that's as heavy as I'll ever be on the ice after my experience on buffalo 2 years ago. Be safe y'all!

Is it snow covered? Bring the cleats or not needed? Thanks.

Snow covered - you won't need cleats. (except in a heated tents if you don't bring mats ...lol)

Gonna try Gull tomorrow however it's been many years since I've gone. Has anyone fished the north end. Where are the access points. I may be there at dark. I'm set up for all species but targeting white fish. Thanks.

Is gull thickness enough to drive on yet?

Was there for about 5 hours today at Brownlow's. Didn't measure the ice but it was easily 12 inches everywhere I drilled. There were TONS of vehicles on the ice.
