Just wondering if muzzleloaders have to be registered and if you need a FAC to buy one.

Yes they need to be registered and yes you need a FAC or a PAL to purchase one. They are used a lot in committing robery and murder, espesially by pirates on the high seas. If you happen to own a parrot or have an eye patch they will not ley you own a musket.

I do believe that Flintlock rifles are exempt from registration??
