Old 8" Strikemaster Mag III Plus Blades

Hi All,

I just got my hands on an older 8" Strikemaster Mag III Plus auger (old Tecumseh model) and I want to order some new blades for it. The blades that are on the auger are 2x MORA 200mm blades, but I can't find them anywhere. All that's available for Strikemasters that look the same are the Lazer Mag blades, but the auger isn't a Lazer Mag auger so I want to be sure they'll work.

I've tried to call Strikemaster Corp in MN, but the website seems to be down and I got a "this phone number has been cancelled" message. Strange.

If anyone knows if the Lazer Mag blades will work on this model or if anyone has experience replacing blades on these older Tecumseh augers it's much appreciated as always.

Yeah, it's an 8" - but isn't the MB-825B the single chipper blade?

My blades look exactly like the LPD-8PB but my auger is pretty old so I wanted to make sure that newer Lazer Mag blades will work. I don't want want buy blades that "look" the same but have very slight differences, etc.

PM me your cell#, I will send u a pic of what they sent me...it says it's for the Mag III and Mag 2000, Baywood will likely have what you're after anyway if yours has the double blades
