Cold Lake Report

Fished 200m from the gaggle of trucks, (14 in total) just off the main path out from the provincial park in 130 ft of water boucing a jig and herring right off the bottom, slow day,C/R 5 fish in 2 hrs all in the 4-6 lb range.Watched as people passed right within 25m of me doing 30+ mph on the ice,people still dont get it.Picked up 6 beer cans, 2 beer cases and several other interesting pieces of garbage, McDonalds crap, bait packages, duct tape...My recycle bin did better today than I did.SAD!!!!!!!

We were out of Garnet point in about 130 ft. of water. Also very slow. A couple of hits, lost one 1/2 way up and my friend landed a 13 lb. also got a smaller one , but just one keeper....Ken

Me and a buddy were there yesterday and had a slow day. We noticed a bunch of guys ripping down the main trail there, we couldn't believe how fast some of them were going!

Was out today as well, hit garnet and a few other usual hot spots, nothing!!Vexilar was lit up like a Christmas tree, all on or just off the bottom.Few bites, nothing through the hole.
