Hey guys. Itching to fish some open water. A buddy and I are going to go to jasper on sunday. Looked at the regs and can see which rivers are open. Anyone willing to share a starting point? Or which of the open rivers would be best this time of year. Don't do a lot of river fising so pretty clueless but definitely willing to do some walking of shorelines. Thanks

Fly fishing or spoons walking the banks the river is perfect right now if you have smaller flies and full sink/sinking tip then go after the Rocky Mountain Whitefish and Lake Whitefish n Burbot/suckers ..for the Pike n Bulls look for still water make sure u have a leader .. talk to the guys at Online sports store ..good luck

Thanks speckle. Always appreciate your feedback. I'll be fly fishing. Buddy will be slinging spoons. I requested to join the group. Thanks again!
