Looking to go down to carburn park and fish does anyone know if it is ice free. And any tips or tricks? And could I fish the bow beside it

A newer change to the regulations includes Carburn park now listed in bow river regulations. There for the same bait restrictions now apply.

Sorry i don't have up to date info on fishing. But is a newer reg change, hopefully saves someone a ticket.
