I need a milk crate to rig my new kayak. Where should I go to buy one? Thank you in advance.

Home Depot carries them for around 7 bucks.

I bought one at Rona about a month ago for 5 bucks.

Uline also carries them.

I ussually get them there now (Drader no longer sells new ones). They are the thick, strong type of plastic (like real dairy cases) versus the big box store thinner, more brittle plastic knock offs.

If your company has a account - you may get 40% of the catalogue price - I think I paid around 7 or 8 bucks each.

Wait at the dairy counter in one of the big box stores when they are restocking. When one is empty, grab and run !

Seriously, look for a dairy truck at one of the stores and ask the driver if he has one you can have or purchase.

I got three here at home, if I didn't need one I would give it to you. Might be someone on here that has a spare they will give you for free.

Handy things to have ! BBQ propane bottle sits in mine nice, as well as the flasher and camera fill another and the big buddy heater fits in another perfect.

2 teen age boys at home, we buy 4 gallon jugs at a time (2x a week) and I leave them in the case from superstore. No one has ever said anything about it.
