Walleye fishing with the family

Had a good day fishing today with the family at Lac St Anne for walleye. We landed about 30 in all and tagged a few to take home for dinner. Boys had a blast!

Excellent week!! Congrats. Went to Northern Sask lake. Caught 80+ walleye (45-52cm range) allowed to keep 2 fish each, 5 fish 6 casts. Liked white barbless jig (red/black eye), red hook and white tail. drives walleye crazy. Beautiful morning with fog, picturesque scenery. Loved it.

Real success is the boys will remember that day forever! Good job Dad! It's way easier and more successful fishing alone, but not as rewarding either! My boys have been begging to get out on the boat this week. Time to make it happen!
