Well, we made the drive from Olds to The Narrows at Buffalo Lake today and for basic shore fishing folks it was fun. As someone once posted here, you could toss a kitchen tablespoon with a treble on the end and catch something. There were probably about 50 people along the bank and everyone was catching. All pike with the biggest probably 5 or 6lbs, but most were cookie cutters around 3lbs.
