Slave lake Whitefish

I am interested in targeting Whitefish in Lesser Slave lake. Is there any anglers out there that have tried this with any success and can give me some direction? Any advise regarding depth, bait/lures and presentation would be greatly appreciated.

I just don't want to reinvent the wheel ya know?

I have posted how I do it

out here some times sight fishing or the old Whitefish twitch like ice fishing

got to love Lake Whitefish open water :love:
