Unofficial Year End Get Together

I know the "Official" year end get together is at Chain Lakes South this weekend. I was wondering what people thought about having an unofficial year end get together at a lake that is more centerally located. I was think the weekend of the 21st-22nd at Gull or Sylvan.
Any thoughts?
