PRESS RELEASE

Thursday, March 12, 2009

Day one of the March 2009 American Legend auction was met with positive reinforcement from the more than 240 buyers that packed the auction room. The high energy crowd showed great enthusiasm for the first day’s offerings, with Hong Kong/China dominating the majority of the buying, along with strong support from Korea, Russia and Greece.

Solid demand for quality skins helped bolster high clearance levels at premium prices in each color phase. Female prices remained strong in relation to the males, based on the strength of the retail selling season in select markets. American Legend White, Pastel and Blue Iris females all advanced compared to recent international levels.
