sask licence help

I'm trying to purchase a 3 day licence for zone 109 (north), but it doesn't give me an option for that. Don't really want to pay $60 for maybe 2 days of fishing.

When I buy my sack liscence for the year it's good for all zones, so I'm not sure why the wrong zone would cause any issues buying a licence.( that's good province wide)
