Well my uncle who inherited my Guidos guns is selling the farm and everything in it. My dad and i bought his guns. I need a long gun (.308) and bought his 12 guage.
We dont know alot about the 308 except Guido bought it used. There are no manufacturer names or markings just a 4 digit number. Does anyone recognize this rifle?

The shotgun has been is storage and used very little over the last decade (the boxes of Imperial shells still have the price tag.... $4.44!), and is showing a bit or rust. Any thoughts on a quick cleanup, rust removal?
