Taming recoil on a short 12 gauge

I bought this Sinsinati 12 ga with an 18.5 inch last spring and had a bit of fun with it but the recoil was excessive and that ultimately made the gun not much fun in the long run . I had a brain wave on how to solve it and tried it out on the weekend ,it made quite a difference. The gun went from novelty to usable grouse gun without a lot of effort. check it out.
