There are many brands out there. Which do you folks prefer and why?

I use a Forester. I have been told they are not the best but I have no reason to think they are not doing a good job. I bought Forester because that was on the shelf at the time.
I have been told that K & M is very good?

I use K&M and they do a pretty decent job. That being said, if I had to do it again I would buy the Century 21 lathe setup.

I think I'm gonna go this route too.

Do any Canadian retailers carry the Century 21 setup?

KM has precise adjustments for case stop and cut depth. KM splined pilots will cleanup any "donut" issues.

I would consider the Pumpkin (Don Nelson)!the best but is no longer made, check out the PMA tools line.
K&M is good also.

21st.Century with the mounting bracket ,which is left side of lathe setup. Combined a Lee trimmer shell holder with a cordless screwdriver from CT, works very well.
Down side is ,not available in Canada afaik .
I'll be ordering some .30 cal. arbors shortly, have 6mm. and 6.5 mm. and other tools ,quality stuff from what I've seen so far.

I have one made by Lyman that mounts to my Lyman universal trimmer. Does a real nice job of evenly turning the necks and much easier on the hands than the hand turned models.

Actually, the K&M isn't bad. I thought it might be, but was pleasantly surprised. They make a knob-handle doodad that you can mount to it to make it easier to hold. Based on my own experience I don't think it's needed but can definitely appreciate how someone with reduced mobility or arthritis would find it helpful.

What I really find tough on the hands is the primer pocket uniformer. That one's not a ton of fun if you have more than a handful of cases to go through.

The K&M tool has been around for many many years, works well.
I also use Forster and Lyman attachments on my trimming tools

I wish that I could get one to mount on my Lyman Power Trimmer. No such thing though.

I took the crank handle off my Lyman and used flexible shaft on a drill

Can't do that with mine. It has it's own integral motor drive. Resembles a lititle lathe. Great Trimmer and chamfer/deburring machine though
