B.C. Lynx

I spent last week chasing cats in B.C. and was fortunate enough to take this lynx on the second day. -18 C the day we treed this cat.

Never weighed it but I'd say around 25 lbs. Good mature cat.

Anchutz 22 my dad bought new back in the '60's. Original Weaver scope on it too.

Dumped the hounds on a track around noon and they had the cat in the tree by 3:30 ish. Gotta love running cats with great dogs. We got a cougar the day before.

The guy hunting cougar was using a .270 I believe.
