whats wrong with this trout?

Caught her from a local stocked lake and it seems she has old spawn in her? The picture shows the new spawn sacs which are more brightly colored orange and what looks to me like a large amount of old eggs? With the old stuff just sitting in there marinating would the meat still be ok? or am I completely wrong?

I am not a bio,but that is typical of a spawner.It cannot get rid of it's eggs,therefore it absorbs them.Meat quality poor at best,skinny after you remove the eggs[skin & bones].That is why they developed,tripoloids.They arenot supposed to develop eggs.Some still do,work in progress for bio teams.
