Anyone have a vexilar fish scout camera?

what are the thoughts on this camera compared to the aqua vu 715c.

Vex makes a good flasher but I don't think they have been very active in the UW camera game. Certainly not as common as the Aquavu or Marcum.

I have a vexilar fishscout 800 and couldn't be more happy with it, extremely clear image, battery life lasts all day from sun up to sun down with battery life left to spare, very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone thinking about purchasing one.

Got mine for Christmas. Been out half a dozen times. No concerns with it. Great viz and battery life.

Have both and prefer AquaVu. The reason, the Vex camera is higher up on the head of the cam so seeing the bottom, as in jig on bottom ready for that burbot to suck up, is a challenge. Also when you hook it vertically facing down, that upper camera placement comes into play again and you often get ticked and not having your hook front and center. Due to these reasons, I like the AquaVu better.
