im looking to buy a new varmit rifle not that i have any problems with my 25-06 just well to be straight forward i wanna buy another gun. A freind of mine bought a .204 in a remington 700 sps for fairly cheap ($520 i think). Since im only 15 price major factor so any ideas.
Model 200 stevens in 223 or 22-250. $319 new and shoot sub 1'' groups all day (mine did 0.5 inch first time out). If you said your 15 however you cannot buy a firearm in Canada, if you know this and are buying one with your pops or something this is a good rifle (i own 2, one in 270 and one in 223).

NEF handi in stainless with a calibre of .223 or 22-250, SPS works in .223 .204. or a 22-250. white box ammo for .223 and 22-250 40 rounders are pretty cheap.
Check on CGN, lots of deals that pop up everyday, or just put a WTB add for what your looking for.

Remington SPS in a 223 or 204 is really hard to beat!

My vote is either stevens in 223 or a handi in 204, If you load I would go 204 if not 223.
Personally I have a handi in 204 works great for coyotes, plenty accurate, when loaded with bergers a good killer of coyotes with the advantage of being easy on the hides.

I use a Rem. 700 varmint in .243. with 85 grain bullets, which I think retain velocity and carry further than the lighter 223 bullets.

I don't own one but a +1 for the Steven's in .22-250. I've seen them do impressive stuff right out of the box. Spend half and hour on the trigger and I'll bet you'll do 0.5MOA or less. For the price, I don't think you can go wrong. With the money saved, get a bi-pod, nicer scope then you planned, some winter camo......

press some 75' grs in your 2506 and wail away... its one of the best calibers going, plus its already yours. its got an awesome trajectory
instead of buying new gun, maybe a better (4x12AO varmit style??)scope or mounts for yur 25 that doubles as deer whackr..
yur bettr off shootin one gun alot as two guns a little
long live the quarterbore.
good luck

While you're thinking about the gun, better put some thought into the scope to go with it. No sense buying your dream gun and putting ****ty optics on it.

75 gr'ers are great ,but hard on fur:eek you are better off with a controlled expansion round in the 100's,leave little damage compared to a varmint round.
